Sometimes Nothing is the Right Thing to Do
">"> Sometimes Nothing Is The Right Thing To DoI have always been committed to the principle that it is not the duty of the government to bail out and reward those who act irresponsibly, whether large or small borrowers, banks .-- John McCainDespite the fact that Senator McCain said the economy is not his strong point, it has a much stronger fundamental economic principles that anyone running for president, not to mention a lot of Other people in Washington who should know more than better. In Bear Stearns bailout since the beginning of the year, the Fed has provided more than 260 billion dollars to banks that has experienced financial difficulties by making bad mortgages. Foreclosure Prevention Act of 2008 is on the horizon, and there is another bill have lined up behind it to send a 300-400 billion dollars higher in the federal government guaranteed (that is, mean guaranteed by you and me) mortgages for people overextended themselves to buy houses that were well beyond thei! r means.Senator Obama speaks of "people [current] deceived by buying loans that they can not afford. "Both Senators Obama and Clinton think we have to give a kick in a $ 30 billion emergency funds for housing (at taxpayers' expense) to help get these poor victims , never mind that they are victims of their own greed and irresponsibility. Senator Clinton also wants to freeze subprime mortgage rates and imposing a moratorium on 90 days of deer for the poor. And, Earlier this week, Senator Clinton suggested that the government should perhaps begin to buy up homes dismissed. It is not enough for the government to be undertaken in the field of health, now she wants to get the in the real estate sector, too. (Is there a Mrs. Clinton does not believe that the government should be?) While Senators Clinton and Obama are jumping over each other trying to come up with more innovative ways and costly for the government to manipulate the housing market, Senator McCain is quietly saying ! it is not the role of government to bail out banks, or the bor! rowers. Democrats scoff. Chairman of the Democratic National Committee Howard Dean sneers that McCain is taking "the same hands-off approach used by President Bush to lead us in this crisis." What the Democrats fail to understand is the fundamentals of the economy. ( But what else is new?) It was not a "hands" policy that we had in this mess, but a "hands on" policy of lowering interest rates and widening the FHA, FNMA, FHLMC and encourage unprecedented (and unjustified) Growth in the housing market. The government has got us in this situation by interfering in the free market. It will not exit through most of interference. What should happen is the market needs to find a balance where demand meets supply. The only way is to let it happen naturally. Yes, it means that the price of housing will drop. They do this anyway. Yes, it's painful. But it happen.Federal policies aimed at making it easier for first home buyers time to buy homes before they can actually afford these houses arti! ficially led to a strong demand, which artificially inflates prices. People (and finance companies) began playing double game, speculating that the manic house prices spiral will continue indefinitely. But it could not. D'supply to meet the increased demand, interest rates rose, people who could not themselves overwhelmed meet their payments and began failing, the demand has dropped just that 'offer was peaking, and the market was oversaturated. must now correct. The laws of economics have not been made by the economists, any more than the laws of physics have been made by physicists. Te "laws" are based on the observation and analysis of natural phenomena. They can be changed or magic. imbalances occur, but, over time, they are correct.'s housing market is self - correcting now. It will eventually reach equilibrium. All the measures aimed at preventing this will only delay the inevitable. postponed One problem is not a problem solved. The Democrats insist that the Government! can not just stand idly by. Something serious is happening. W! e must d o something! Anything! They have no idea how to solve the problem, because the problem can be solved by more government interference and government interference is the only thing they can do. however, as they can think of nothing more embarrassing than to drag without doing anything, they are jumping together on the other trying desperately to show us that they will do something. (No nothing, as Senator McCain.) And what, they will always what they do. When they see a problem, they harmonize with the money. your money. My Money. Everybody's money. Sadly, it will not solve the problem. Because, sometimes, there's nothing the right thing to do.The Democratic response, as usual, it's like a parent and child spoiled. They think it is their job as parents to prevent their children from experiencing any pain, then they will stop at nothing to protect it from the consequences of its own actions. however, a child who has never faced the consequences never learns. Sometimes, the pain! is necessary, especially when it is a natural consequence of the irrational behavior.By: NotYourDaddyArticle Directory: http://www.articledashboard.comNotYourDaddy liberal is a conservative who believes in free will and the free market.
